Dailies 7/12/2019

So, we made it through a week mostly unharmed. A few points to leave you with for the weekend. First, I’ve decided that The Dailies will be Mon-Fri. So, we’ll resume this madness on Monday. It occurs to me as well that I have my annual Week of Fun starting on Sat 7/20. Honestly, I don’t know if there will be ANYTHING that week at all. There were plans, I swear there were. They involved not being in Virginia Beach, but that ship has sailed. So, I don’t know if we’re doing anything this year, but I know that I’m leaning towards being quiet for a week. I do know they moved the Muller testimony to my birthday. Popcorn and Schedenfreude sounds like a good time to me…

Podcasts are coming. Patience.

I may have said this before, but don’t give me the stinkeye if you don’t put on a lane change signal and i’m where you want to be. I wouldn’t be where you want to be if you had told me you wanted to be over here. You didn’t. Get mad all you want, Bru. You’re the dummy here, not me.

I guess by Monday we’re going to know if the Army Corps of Engineers actually fixed the pumps and levees in New Orleans. OK, we let you try, fellas. Now would be a good time to recommend The Big Uneasy by Harry Shearer, I think.

One link for you below, but I think that’ll do it for today. I have some old friends in town, and I think the idea is to sing some old Irish songs, and get hammered. I’m down for the singing part.

See ya Monday.

LINK: I have become very enamored of Tycho. New album out today, Weather. First one with vocals, and with Saint Sinner they picked the right voice for what they do.
