Real Life Tech Support

In my current job, there's a flow:  Hardware, Software, Connection.   It's logical, really.

How do we adapt this to real life?  Can we?  In some cases, we might be able to.

Hardware might mean something physical about our bodies

Software might equal our skill set, or lack thereof.  It might also mean something about our thought processes, or our mental well-being.

Connection might mean our relationships to others.

On the other hand, real life may be the one thing we can truly attribute to user error.
